Dough Info

Welcome to the world of Tiny & Bubbs playdough, where creativity meets quality! Here’s the scoop on our delightful dough:

First things first- Safety -

  • Adult supervision required during sensory play to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • This kit contains small parts that are a choking hazard and is not intended for children under 3 years old.

Ingredients You Can Trust: Our playdough is handmade with simple, safe ingredients:

  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Cream of Tartar
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Water
  • Non-Toxic Certified KidSafe Liquid Watercolor
  • Some are scented with soap-and-lotion-safe oils (non-toxic but not tasty!)

Keep It Fresh: With a little love and care, your playdough can last up to 6 months! We recommend refreshing it every 4 months for the best squishy fun.

  • Storage: Always keep your playdough in a tightly closed bag or jar. You can also wrap it in plastic wrap.
  • Salt Crystals: It’s normal for salt crystals to form. Just knead the dough, and they’ll disappear.
  • Too Dry? Add a bit of water and knead it back to life.
  • Too Sticky? Add a pinch of flour and knead until it’s perfect.
  • Left Out Overnight? Pop it in a ziplock bag with a splash of warm water and knead it back to life.

Playdough Mishaps? No Problem! Accidents happen, but we’ve got you covered!

Playdough on Carpets:

  1. Let it Dry: Allow the playdough to dry completely.
  2. Gently Scrape: Use a blunt knife or spatula to remove the dried playdough.
  3. Vacuum: Clean up any loose particles.
  4. Damp Cloth: Dab the residue with a cloth dampened in warm water.
  5. Vinegar Solution: Mix equal parts white vinegar and water, dab at the stain, and blot until clean.
  6. Dry: Blot with a dry cloth to absorb excess moisture.

Playdough on Clothes:

  1. Scrape Off Excess: Carefully scrape off as much playdough as possible.
  2. Soak in Warm Water: Soak the affected area for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Rubbing Alcohol: Apply rubbing alcohol with a cloth or cotton ball, and rub gently.
  4. Launder: Wash as usual, checking the stain before drying. Repeat if necessary.

Handy Tips:

  • Wash Hands: Always wash hands before and after playdough use.
  • Test First: Always test cleaning solutions on a small, hidden area first.
  • Professional Help: For stubborn stains or valuable items, professional cleaning might be the way to go.

Enjoy endless fun and creativity with Tiny & Bubbs playdough, and remember, a little care goes a long way!
